# What are the risks?

We’re talking web3 and NFTs - there are always risks. However, we will set rules that the community decides on when it comes to liquidity provision and my own research that I can contribute to making the best investments and decisions possible (ie if we know a good amount of active and current loans are underwater, probably best not to loan until the loans expire / floors correct themselves).
